 You'll receive an email that says "Welcome To The Challenge".

The from name is - Scott Voelker and the From Email is  [email protected] 

You'll want to "Whitelist" that email so it doesn't get sent to spam or promotions folders.

The email will have a link to the Facebook group and the schedule.

Of course I'll be sending reminders during the challenge, but you really want to make sure they get DELIVERED, so be on the lookout for the first one..
